3DZ capabilities include the production and supply of LEDs ranging in frequency from Ultraviolet 254nm , 255nm and 280 nm to 380nm, through to Infrared 720nm to 940nm and many frequencies in between such as 400nm to 410nm and 410nm to  415nm Violet.  455nm 458nm 458 nm through 480nm Blue, 495nm through 510nm Cyan , Green 515nm through 535nm, Yellow 565nm and 585nm through 596nm, Orange 600nm through 615nm, Red 615nm, 630nm and 633nm through 645nm and 660nm 660 nm and of course White with different X,Y co-ordinates in  Round and Oval, Superflux, High Power, SMD and COB (Chip On board) packages. Utilising single and multi chip capabilities and the ability to combine with varying lens types and angles as well as frames and mounting options.

Where extremely high volume demand requires and if possible we are also able to develop unique and specific frequencies.Wavelength tolerance is usually within +/- 5 nm. For example 254 nm would be 249 nm to 259 nm and 415 nm would be 410 nm to 415 nm or 415 nm to 420 nm. 633 nm would be 625 nm to 635 nm or 630 nm to 640 nm. 585 nm would be 580 nm to 590 nm or 585 nm to 595 nm. 830 nm would be 825 nm to 835 nm or 830 nm to 840 nm.

Offering a complete ODM and OEM service. 3DZ can also assist potential users in the design, development and integration of LEDs into their systems. Our value added services include circuit design, software development, control, cooling and optics.

Although we generally only make to specific requirements, certain types and frequencies can be made available to genuine qualified volume customers on a sample evalutation basis.

All products are generally manufactured in the main hubs of LED production, with plants in Korea, Taiwan and China under ISO9001 quality certification and fully conform to RoHS and where required UL.

We also supply a range of dedicated LED test equipment to ensure accuracy and compliancy.

High Power COB (Chip On Board) Modules

Our COB Led modules can be utilized and integrated in to your own designs for all types of applications requiring a low power/minimal heat, light source.These modules are designed to give maximum light output in compact forms, reducing the need in many cases, for a custom designed light source to be developed from scratch and thus reducing R+D costs and development time.

However if your application requirement can not be fulfilled by any of our current modules, we can design and build modules to your specifications at relatively low cost.

Having access to the latest in led emitter technology, we can produce suitable modules appropriate to your application. We are able to make prototypes prior to full production for testing and evaluation purposes.
